Michigan Prosecuting Attorneys Coordinating Council
- PACC heads the Office of Prosecuting Attorney Coordination, provides
training to prosecutors through education and publications, publishes material
of interest to prosecutors, assists in automation of prosecutors' offices, and
manages grant funding; its site includes an attorney directory, information on
job openings, and a description for the public of the criminal justice system
works.

William Hetherington case - Wil is in a Michigan
prison on a Criminal Sexual Conduct (CSC) conviction. His wife claimed that he
had raped her. The case was a matter of "he said/she said". Wil has been in
prison, now, for 13 years. During all of that time he has consistently
maintained his innocence.
